Lain Chappell, owner of Solid Rock Custom Homes, graduated from UCCS of Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting. Following his passion for construction, Lain became a Certified Graduate Remodeler of the NAHB (National Home Builder’s Association), a Certified Graduate Builder of the NAHB and holds a General Contractors License (A-1) with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department. Setting down roots in Colorado Springs, Lain established Solid Rock Custom Homes, and a sister company, Solid Rock Construction. For the past 24 years he has been remodeling and building beautiful homes throughout the Pikes Peak region.
