Owned by Lain and Barbara Chappell, Solid Rock Custom Homes has been a local, family owned custom home builder serving El Paso, Teller, and Douglas counties since 1995. C.R. Shea Homes has been building custom/luxury homes in Colorado Springs since the mid 1980s. They were very active the majority of their career with local and national home builder associations, including the elite program known as Builder 20. The Shea's have won several Parade and numerous Mame Awards. Their main focus has always been the designing and building of custom homes but C.R. Shea Homes also has had the pleasure of developing and building several small in-fill projects within the city. Some of these sites included custom homes, town homes, and luxury patio homes. Based on a solid career, reputation and relationships established over the years, Charlie and Nancy wanted to share their building experiences and business wisdom with Solid Rock Custom Homes.
